London events are typically the closest, reachable by train from Benfleet or Pitsea into central London in around one hour, or by car via the A13 and A127 in roughly 60 to 90 minutes depending on the venue. Other British HYROX races, such as those in Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow or other rotating host cities, can be reached by long-distance train from London terminals or by car via the national motorway network in approximately two to five hours. For European HYROX destinations including Germany, the Netherlands, France or Spain, Castle Point athletes can travel by train into London and connect to Eurostar services, or fly from London City, Stansted, Gatwick or Heathrow, generally reaching most major race cities within half a day door to door.
