BOLDT Athletics — HYROX Gym in Arvada

BOLDT Athletics is a community strength and conditioning gym in Arvada, Colorado, built on one belief: everyone is an athlete. Founded in June 2020 with outdoor grass-field workouts, it has grown into a dedicated training space for adults and young athletes who want intentional coaching and measurable progress. Sessions follow a clear structure with dynamic warm-ups, injury-prevention blocks, main strength work like squats, deadlifts and bench press, plus targeted accessory training to support long-term development. Programs are designed fully in-house, focusing on performance improvement and durability rather than a franchise model or generic classes. Members can choose private, semi‑private, team and small‑group formats, including a Young Athlete Clinic, making it easy to match training to schedule and goals. The atmosphere emphasizes accountability, resilience and lifestyle habits, creating a supportive environment where local athletes of all levels train together and build confidence for life.
