CrossFit Elizabethtown is a dedicated CrossFit gym serving the Elizabethtown community with small-group training for all fitness levels. Members train in coach-led classes focused on functional fitness using the CrossFit methodology, blending strength, conditioning and skill work in a supportive environment.
