CrossFit Greensboo — HYROX Gym in Greensboro

CrossFit Greensboro is Greensboro’s original CrossFit gym, proudly leading the local functional fitness scene for more than 17 years. As the first CrossFit facility in the city, it has built a reputation for experienced coaching, thoughtful programming and a results-driven culture. The coaching team is one of the most seasoned in the area, with a large staff from diverse athletic backgrounds and proven success that includes sending a team to the CrossFit Games. Members train in a 10,000-square-foot space dedicated to CrossFit and strength work, kept clean, organized and fully outfitted so classes can flow smoothly and athletes can focus on performance. Group CrossFit classes, weightlifting-focused sessions, personal training and small-group options support a wide range of goals, from general fitness to competitive ambitions. The atmosphere is friendly but demanding: you bring the effort, and the coaches provide the structure, support and accountability.
