F45 Training Lorton — HYROX Gym

F45 Training Lorton brings high-energy, 45-minute functional workouts to the Lorton community in a modern, spacious studio designed for movement, intensity and fun. Sessions combine strength, cardio and athletic conditioning using constantly varied programming so members can build endurance, power and overall fitness without getting bored. Certified coaches lead every class, breaking down each exercise, correcting form, and offering options for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. New members are welcomed with a noninvasive InBody body composition scan to create a clear baseline and track progress over time. The atmosphere is supportive and team-focused, with members training side by side, encouraging each other to push a little harder every session. With structured, time-efficient classes and a curriculum built around total-body functional training, F45 Training Lorton focuses on real, measurable results in a positive, community-driven environment.
