OTF – Orem 0381 — HYROX Gym

OTF – Orem 0381 brings Orangetheory’s heart rate–based interval training to Orem with a science-driven, coach-led group workout experience. In each class, members rotate between treadmills, rowing machines, and a well-equipped floor area with strength stations and functional training tools, creating a full-body session that targets endurance, power, and strength. Certified coaches guide every interval, helping you manage your effort zones in real time using in-studio heart rate monitors and live performance screens. The studio atmosphere is energetic yet welcoming, with dim orange lighting, motivating music, and a strong sense of accountability that appeals to busy professionals, students, and beginners alike. Members can track progress through performance data from each class, making it easy to follow improvements over time.
