F45 Sugarhouse brings the global F45 functional training concept to the heart of Salt Lake City with a tight-knit, results-driven community. This studio focuses on 45-minute high-intensity group sessions that blend strength, cardio and hybrid workouts, using circuit-style formats to train the whole body efficiently. Members benefit from coach-led classes with certified trainers, movement demonstrations on in-studio screens, and constantly changing workout templates, keeping sessions engaging and challenging. With more than 80 program variations and thousands of exercise combinations, no two weeks feel the same, yet the programming is structured enough to support steady progress. New members can start with an InBody scan to assess body composition and create a clear baseline for tracking results.
