Home Grown Movement Performance adds an innovative, competitively challenging and electric training environment that stays positively encouraging, making it ideal for motivated athletes, youth and adults looking to push their limits safely. Free To Play physical education classes offer progressive, curriculum-based training that builds strength, power, stability, mobility, conditioning, agility and balance while teaching age-appropriate anatomy and physiology.
