HYROX Abu Dhabi marks the triumphant entry of the discipline into the UAE capital, ushering in a new era for the global circuit in season 8. The first event in the Middle East, it draws up to 3500 athletes from 124 different nationalities to the impressive Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), halls 1 to 4. This groundbreaking competition, organized by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council with HYROX and Project 206 as part of the Abu Dhabi Summer Sports program, promises an electric atmosphere with music, live commentary, and an enthusiastic crowd. Participants push their limits on a demanding format: eight 1 km runs alternated with eight functional stations, in categories open to all, from pro veterans to beginners, in individual, doubles, or relay. Unique for its futuristic setting and collective energy, this event creates unforgettable memories of self-overcoming and personal bests.
