This four-day event, from January 29 to February 1, 2026, features dynamic start waves: men's doubles, individual and adaptive men, women's doubles, and more, with provisional schedules running until 8pm for the final waves. Located in the heart of Epsom, the venue offers a course blending 1km outdoor runs and eight intense stations, amid the electric atmosphere fueling HYROX's rising popularity in Oceania. What makes this event unique is its extended format, allowing thousands of athletes to compete in solo, doubles, or relay divisions under New Zealand's summer sun, with finisher patches and world championship qualifications up for grabs.
