HYROX Glasgow marks a historic milestone as Scotland's first HYROX event, held on March 11, 2023, at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) during season 5. The fourth stop on the UK circuit, it drew around 4500 athletes to a buzzing stadium, showcasing exceptionally high competition levels. Graham Halliday dominated the Pro Men’s race in 57:53, one of the season's fastest times, while the men's relay smashed the world record in 54:27. The course layout, with wide lanes and smooth turns, enabled fast runs and impressive Roxzone times, despite standardized sleds.
