HYROX Lyon, around 350 kilometers north, is accessible in four and a half hours by car or by train via Toulouse or Clermont-Ferrand with a connection to Lyon. HYROX Paris Grand Palais is reachable in six to seven hours by car via the A75 and A71, or by train with connections. For cross-border access, Barcelona in Spain is about eight hours south via the A75, offering summer HYROX events. Rodez Airport, 80 kilometers away, also connects to international events via flights. Personal car remains the most direct option from Millau for Occitanie competitions.
