From Nijmegen, athletes have easy access to official HYROX competitions in major Dutch cities such as Amsterdam and Rotterdam, typically around 100–130 km away and reachable in about 1.5 hours by car or train. Utrecht and Eindhoven are also within similar range, offering additional race options across the season. Cross-border events in Germany, for example in Düsseldorf or Cologne, are practical as well: expect roughly 120–160 km of travel and 1.5–2.5 hours by car or direct train connections via Arnhem. For further European races, airports in Eindhoven, Amsterdam Schiphol and Düsseldorf provide frequent flights, while the Dutch rail network and German ICE trains make international trips efficient and straightforward.
