Metrolink rail from nearby stations connects Upland with Los Angeles, where many large indoor arenas and convention centers are located. For out-of-state or international HYROX races, Ontario International Airport is less than 15 minutes away by car and offers direct flights to major hubs such as Dallas, Denver, Phoenix and Seattle. From Los Angeles International Airport, about an hour’s drive from Upland, athletes can fly to HYROX destinations across the United States and to Canada or Mexico, keeping a wide range of competitions accessible with one or two short flights.
