The Box Leerdam — HYROX Gym

The Box Leerdam is a full-service training gym in Leerdam built around a strong team atmosphere and results-focused coaching. It brings together fitness, CrossFit, boxing, Les Mills classes and Zilver Fitness for 65+ members, so different training goals and ages can find a place on the same floor. The gym’s identity is practical and community-driven: train in small groups or individually, work at your own level, and choose from structured sessions that range from technical CrossFit work to more energetic boxing and group formats. CrossFit classes are kept small, with coaching attention on movement quality, strength, and safe progression. The Box also offers personal training, small group training and seasonal special sessions, which gives it a flexible profile beyond standard open-gym use.
