Vondelgym Rotterdam brings the brand’s multi-discipline concept to the heart of the city, combining serious training with a welcoming, urban vibe. All training happens in one open space, so the energy from CrossFit, (kick)boxing, strength training and classes flows together and keeps you motivated. The gym caters to diverse goals, from classic barbell work and powerlifting to yoga, mobility and Pilates sessions that balance out heavy lifting. Runners can join coached running classes, while Strongher strength sessions focus specifically on women and inclusive, confidence-building lifting. A dedicated Youngsters program introduces kids and teens to movement through playful CrossFit-style workouts, martial arts and other sports. With an inclusive community and coach-led group training alongside independent gym access, Vondelgym Rotterdam is designed for anyone who wants to get stronger, fitter and feel part of an active local crowd.
