Wildhearts — HYROX Gym in Rotterdam

Wildhearts is a community-driven performance training club in the heart of Rotterdam, bringing together functional fitness, strength work and conditioning under one roof. The gym offers a varied schedule with WOD-style group training, boxing, HIIT, strength and conditioning sessions, mobility classes, yoga and open gym, so members can build power, endurance and movement quality in a structured way. Coaching is a clear focus here: sessions are run in small groups, giving every member close technical guidance and progression-focused feedback rather than generic workouts.
