MO&MACE Barcelona Sports is an outdoor fitness community that turns Barcelona’s beaches, parks and waterfront spots into your training ground. Since 2015, they have offered daily sessions that blend functional fitness, running, calisthenics, yoga and sport-focused workouts, led by professional coaches and delivered fully in English-friendly settings. The vibe is social and welcoming: people come to train hard, but also to connect, grab coffee or a post-workout drink, and enjoy the city together. Sessions range from strength and conditioning on the sand to yoga flows with sea views, handstand practice, boxing-style classes and team workouts, often scheduled at sunrise or sunset to make the most of Barcelona’s climate. MO&MACE attracts an international mix of locals, expats and travelers who prefer training outdoors in small groups rather than in a traditional gym, with a strong emphasis on progress, community and having fun while getting fitter.
