Unbroken La Nau — HYROX Gym in Les-Franqueses-Del-Vallés

Unbroken La Nau is a hybrid training space in Les Franqueses del Vallès that brings together cross-training, HYROX sessions and a complete fitness area under one roof. Designed for all levels, it focuses on functional training to improve strength, endurance and overall performance, whether you are starting from scratch or looking to level up your fitness. Members can join coached CrossTraining classes to work on weightlifting, conditioning and gymnastics, or train independently in the open gym zone with freedom of schedule. The dedicated gym area allows you to complement sessions with targeted strength work, machines and accessory exercises for technique and injury prevention. A strong community atmosphere runs through the box, with group sessions, special megawod events and a supportive coaching team that pushes you to give your best in every workout.
