About
NGU CrossFit is a modern CrossFit box serving Valcabado and the wider Zamora area, created in 2024 to offer a spacious, inclusive training space for all levels. Spread across more than 1,000 m² in the Valcabado industrial area, it focuses on helping members enjoy training while making real progress in strength, conditioning and overall fitness. The daily schedule combines CrossFit classes with dedicated sessions for strength, weightlifting, gymnastics and mobility, as well as open box hours so you can work on your own goals. Programming is designed so beginners can learn safely while more experienced athletes keep progressing, supported by attentive coaching and small-group sessions. Partner and team workouts on Saturdays add a strong social dimension and a fun way to train hard together. With a motivating atmosphere and a community mindset, NGU CrossFit aims to be the place where consistency, learning and enjoyment meet.
