TeamCC Gym is a strength and conditioning focused facility in Bournemouth, bringing together functional fitness, weightlifting and high-energy group training under one roof. The gym programmes structured classes built around strength, conditioning and engine work, with clear progressions to help members lift better, move well and build real-world fitness. Sessions are coach-led in small groups, so you get guidance on technique, scaling and pacing rather than being left on your own.
