ION@Space2B is the central Cardiff base of ION Strength & Conditioning, bringing its structured, coach-led training model into the modern Space2B complex. Here, sessions focus on progressive strength and conditioning in a supportive, small-group environment, with coaches guiding every workout so you never have to train alone or guess what to do next. Early-morning, lunchtime and evening classes are designed around real working lives, making it easier to build consistent training into a busy schedule. The atmosphere is friendly and down-to-earth, welcoming complete beginners through to experienced lifters who want a clear programme and expert coaching. Set within Space2B’s contemporary workspace hub, the gym offers a clean, well-equipped training space where members can lift, move and build fitness with confidence alongside a like-minded community.
