The Studio Hereford — HYROX Gym

The Studio Hereford is a specialist strength and conditioning space bringing a small-group training model to the heart of Hereford. Branded as the Home of Hybrid HFD, it focuses on 1:1 and 2:1 personal training, private small group training and larger group exercise sessions, blending functional strength work with conditioning for performance-minded members. Sessions run in a clean, open-plan studio environment with clear training zones, assault runners, sleds, free weights and rigs visible across the floor. The atmosphere is friendly but hard-working, with coaching that emphasises progression, accountability and measurable results rather than anonymous big-box gym sessions. Alongside everyday training, members can plug into Hybrid HFD events and partner race-style communities such as Deadly Dozen, Hybrid NW, DEKA and Rox Queens, creating a broader network beyond the studio walls while still keeping The Studio Hereford as their main training base.
