DKIT Sport is a large, modern fitness and leisure facility set on the Dundalk Institute of Technology campus, bringing together performance training, health and recreation under one roof. The club combines a spacious, fully equipped gym with a 20-metre swimming pool, sports hall and outdoor pitch access, creating a versatile environment for strength work, conditioning and team training. Members can choose from an extensive timetable of group fitness classes, including Les Mills formats, indoor cycling, strength-based sessions and low-impact options for all ages and abilities. The atmosphere is welcoming and community-driven, with students, staff, local residents and sports teams training side by side.
