HOTBOX CrossFit — HYROX Gym in Morecambe

HOTBOX CrossFit is a dedicated CrossFit and functional training gym serving the Morecambe and Lancaster area with a strong focus on coached, small-group sessions. The programming combines strength training, Olympic weightlifting, conditioning and skill work to help everyday people get fitter, stronger and more confident in and out of the gym. Classes are fully coached from warm-up to cool-down, with scalable workouts so beginners train safely alongside more experienced members. The coaching team places a clear emphasis on technique, progressions and building long-term, sustainable fitness habits rather than quick fixes. Members train in a purpose-built facility with open floor space for barbell work, conditioning pieces and varied functional movements. The atmosphere is friendly and down-to-earth, with a tight-knit community that regularly supports and encourages each other through challenging workouts and shared milestones for performance, health and wellbeing.
