F45 Training Eagan West brings high-energy functional training to the west side of Eagan with 45-minute group sessions that blend HIIT, strength and circuit-style workouts. Designed for all fitness levels, the studio focuses on innovative, results-driven programming with thousands of movement combinations to keep training varied and engaging. The space is intentionally simple and performance-focused, with no treadmills and no mirrors, encouraging members to train without ego and concentrate on how they feel and move.
