CrossFit PRVN Nashville is the home gym of PRVN HQ, bringing an unparalleled functional fitness experience to the heart of Music City. Here, classes are built around the CrossFit methodology, blending strength work, conditioning and skill development in 60‑minute sessions that always include a guided warm‑up, focused strength or skill piece, workout of the day and cool‑down. Every class is coach‑led from start to finish, so beginners and experienced athletes alike get clear instruction, movement corrections and personalized scaling. The atmosphere is energetic but approachable, with members encouraged to chase progress while supporting one another. Visitors can take advantage of a 7‑days‑for‑$7 trial to experience the facility, meet the coaching team and explore different class times, while drop‑ins are welcome to join scheduled classes when they are in town. It is a community‑driven space designed to help you become the fittest version of yourself.
