757ROC is a coach-led functional fitness and group training gym in Newport News that brings strength, conditioning and obstacle race preparation together under one roof. Programming draws from CrossFit Mayhem and blends elements of CrossFit, bootcamp and obstacle course racing to create challenging, varied workouts for all fitness levels. In its 6,000-square-foot athletic facility, you train in a large open space featuring turf, rigs, rowers, bikes and multiple obstacle structures, including rope climbs, monkey bars, rings and more.
