Fitness Connection – Kietzke Center brings a large, full-service training space to Reno, designed for people who love to lift, move and train with variety. The gym features an extensive workout floor with top-notch cardio and strength machines, plus a broad selection of free weights, multiple deadlift platforms and plenty of squat racks for serious strength and powerlifting work. Members can mix traditional training with turf-based functional workouts, using dedicated functional training equipment to build athletic strength and conditioning. Group fitness is a major part of the experience, with strength-focused formats like Les Mills BODYPUMP and Launch FC offered to help members build muscle and burn fat in a motivating class environment. A women’s only area provides added comfort and privacy, and the overall atmosphere focuses on accessible, affordable fitness with the feel of a big-box gym and the energy of a busy local community hub.
