Dronryp is well placed for accessing official HYROX competitions in the Netherlands and neighboring countries. The closest major Dutch race hubs are Amsterdam and Rotterdam, reachable in about 1.5 to 2.5 hours by car from Dronryp, or around 2 to 3 hours by train with connections via Leeuwarden and the Randstad. From Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, athletes can fly or take high-speed trains to HYROX events in Germany and Belgium, including cities such as Hamburg, Cologne and Brussels, generally within 4 to 6 hours door to door. Driving from Dronryp to western Germany or Belgium typically takes 3 to 5 hours, making cross-border HYROX weekends straightforward for both solo competitors and teams.
