Dutch events in major cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Maastricht can typically be reached by train in about 2 to 3 hours with one or two changes, or by car in roughly 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on traffic. To the east, German HYROX races in cities like Essen, Hanover or Hamburg are accessible via Deventer or Zutphen by rail, or by car using the A1 and other major highways; expect around 1.5 to 4 hours of travel. International airports in Amsterdam, Düsseldorf and Hamburg expand options further, allowing athletes from Lochem to fly to additional European HYROX venues while keeping overall door-to-door travel times manageable.
