The nearest major competitions typically take place in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia, all reachable from Granada via high-speed or regional trains, long-distance buses or car in roughly 4 to 8 hours depending on the route. Granada’s airport offers domestic connections that can shorten travel times to northern or eastern Spanish venues. For international races, nearby Málaga Airport, about 130 km away and roughly 90 minutes by car or bus, opens direct links to key HYROX cities across Europe, including destinations in France, Germany and the United Kingdom. This combination of rail, road and air options makes planning both single-race trips and full HYROX seasons straightforward from Granada.
