Barcelona can be reached in about 3 hours by car or around 3 hours 30 minutes by train, opening access to large-scale competitions on the Mediterranean corridor. For cross-border options, Toulouse in France is approximately 3 hours 30 minutes by car through the Pyrenees, offering access to HYROX races in the French circuit. From Zaragoza or Barcelona airports, flights connect quickly to other major HYROX locations such as Madrid, Valencia, Milan or Berlin, usually within 1.5 to 2.5 hours of flight time.
