Hastings does not yet host its own official HYROX race, but it has excellent access to major UK events. London venues are typically the closest, reachable in around 1 hour 30 minutes by direct train to central London, then a short Tube or taxi ride to most arenas. By car, the journey to London is usually between 1 hour 45 minutes and 2 hours, depending on traffic. Brighton and other South Coast cities often provide convenient staging points for travel to HYROX competitions in England and beyond. For international races such as those in Germany, France or the Netherlands, athletes can take a train or drive to London, then connect via Eurostar from St Pancras or fly from Gatwick, which is about 1 hour 15 minutes from Hastings by car or train. This makes cross-border HYROX trips practical for dedicated racers.
