In Mexico, major HYROX events are typically hosted in large cities such as Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey, all reachable by direct flights from Tijuana in about 3 to 4 hours including airport transfers. Driving to inland Mexican venues is possible but usually reserved for multi-day road trips due to distance. North of the border, HYROX events frequently take place in large US cities that are easily reached from Tijuana via San Diego. Athletes can cross the border on foot or by car, then continue by train, bus or domestic flight to cities such as Los Angeles, Las Vegas or other major HYROX hosts, generally within 1 to 5 hours of total travel time. For further North American or European races, Tijuana and San Diego airports offer connections through hubs like Mexico City, Dallas or Los Angeles, opening access to HYROX events in nearby countries with one or two flights.
