From Dapto Station, trains run to Sydney Central, where you can connect to venues across the city; the journey typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and covers roughly 90 kilometres. Driving to Sydney via the Princes Motorway takes a similar time, depending on traffic. For interstate HYROX races, Sydney Airport is around 75 to 90 minutes away by car or train and offers frequent flights to Melbourne, Brisbane and other capitals that may host events in different seasons. From Melbourne Airport or Brisbane Airport, inner-city venues are usually 30 to 45 minutes away by public transport or taxi, keeping cross-country HYROX trips manageable for motivated Dapto athletes.
