For interstate HYROX competitions in cities such as Sydney, Brisbane or Perth, Mordialloc athletes can drive 45–60 minutes to Melbourne Airport and then fly, with most routes taking 1.5–4 hours in the air. Cross-border trips to New Zealand events are also straightforward via direct flights from Melbourne to Auckland or other host cities.
