CrossFit Durst is Brantford’s oldest CrossFit affiliate, proudly serving the community since 2014 with a focus on busy adults who want real, sustainable results. The gym specializes in CrossFit-based functional training, blending strength work, conditioning, and gymnastics in coached small-group classes. Members can also access personal training, customized online coaching, and ongoing nutrition support to match their lifestyle and goals. The atmosphere is inclusive and encouraging, with coaches who pay close attention to technique and progression so every member, from beginner to experienced, can train safely and confidently. Most clients are 35 and over, often juggling work and family, and the programming is designed to fit into their lives without demanding extreme schedules. Located in a character-filled industrial-style space in Brantford’s west end Artisan Village, CrossFit Durst offers a tight-knit community where consistency, support, and hard work go hand in hand.
