About

Fitness Park Arcueil is a modern gym focused on performance accessible to everyone, from beginners to advanced athletes. Covering over 1200 m², the club offers a large area for free and guided weight training equipped with Technogym, Hammer Strength, and Eleiko machines, perfect for muscle strengthening and mass gain. The cardio zone completes the facility with numerous machines to build endurance. Fans of intense workouts will find a large cross-training area, as well as a Bike Studio for dynamic cycling sessions. Coached group classes play a central role in club life, with sessions in Biking, Cross Training, Body Barre, HIIT, Pilates, CAF, Cardio Boxing, and Stretching from Monday to Saturday. The atmosphere is both athletic and friendly, with a community of members who train seriously while enjoying a motivating and structured environment.
