CrossFit Kaizoku – Hyrox training club is the box integrated into Stay Fit, a reference for physical preparation in Bourg-la-Reine. Training focuses on CrossFit, strength work, cardio and a wide selection of group classes, all within a human-sized facility. WODs are programmed daily, with a dedicated CrossFit area and a strength zone equipped with free and guided machines.
