Since 2014, CrossFit Frejus TheFitClub has established itself as a reference box in Frejus for functional movement training, combining cardio, gymnastics and strength work. Rooted in the Var sports scene, the facility welcomes both beginners and experienced athletes seeking structured progress. The training space spans over 800 m2, providing ample room for weightlifting, intense WODs and technical drills without crowding. The atmosphere is friendly yet performance-driven, supported by a tight-knit community that enjoys shared challenges and internal events. Sessions are led by experienced coaches focused on movement quality and load adaptation. CrossFit Frejus TheFitClub offers an ideal environment to build strength, endurance and overall fitness year-round.
