CrossFit Esterel is a CrossFit box based in Puget-sur-Argens, focused on close support and a friendly atmosphere to help every member move forward. Workouts revolve around functional, varied and scalable movements to build strength, endurance, mobility and overall fitness, regardless of starting level. The box offers coach-led WODs in small groups with close attention to technique and safety. The modern open space is designed for barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, rower and assault bike work, supporting both high-intensity sessions and skill-focused training.
