A site holding this many results is wrong somewhere. Reader reports are the fastest way we find out, and they are the reason a number of profiles on this site are now correct. Nothing here requires an account.
What we correct
A missing or wrong race
A race that does not appear on a profile, a time or rank that does not match the official result, a race attributed to the wrong person.
Two athletes merged into one profile
Two different people who share a name can end up on the same profile. Tell us which races are yours and we separate them permanently.
A profile you want hidden
You can ask for your athlete profile to be removed from the site. Once applied, the profile returns an error page, drops out of the sitemap and out of search, your solo results are withdrawn, and your name is replaced in any doubles or relay results that remain visible for your teammates.
A club that has moved, closed or changed
Wrong address, closed venue, outdated opening hours, a listing that should not be there.
An event that is wrong
A cancelled, postponed or relocated event, or a date that does not match the organiser's.
How to tell us
Everything goes through one form, so nothing is lost in a mailbox nobody watches. Pick the closest category and include the athlete, club or event page you are talking about — a link to the page is enough.
For a removal request or any personal-data question, choose the data-protection category: it is handled under a separate legal deadline.

- Within 48 working hours. Every message returns a reference number so a follow-up can be tied to the original report.
- Data-protection requests
- Within one month, as required by the GDPR. Removal requests are treated as data-protection requests.
- Applying the fix
- A database correction takes effect immediately. Pages that are generated ahead of time — city, club and event pages — pick it up at their next regeneration, within a day.
What we cannot do
- We cannot change an official result. If a time or a penalty is disputed, the organiser is the only authority; we can only align our copy with theirs once it is settled.
- We cannot remove a result from a race that took place. A profile can be hidden, and a name can be masked in team results, but the race itself remains part of the public record.
- We cannot verify a claim about someone else's identity. Separating namesakes relies on the athlete's own declaration about which races are theirs.
