Chocolate Box Training Cromer is a flagship Northern Beaches facility that blends high-performance coaching with a relaxed coastal vibe in the heart of Cromer. The gym is built around functional strength and conditioning, with dedicated spaces for STRONG classes, free weights and mobility so you can lift heavy, move well and recover properly. Across the road, the Black Box gym hosts SWEAT sessions for HIIT-style, cardio-focused workouts that push your engine with a competitive edge. Cromer members also access specialised programs such as Surfer Strength, endorsed by Surfing Australia, to build paddling power, durability and mobility in the water. Hybrid classes combine compound lifts with demanding endurance work to support overall fitness and event preparation. There is a focused CrossFit program for advanced athletes, plus MiniBox and Youth sessions that introduce younger members to safe, confidence-building training.
