CrossFit Genas is a CrossFit gym located in Genas, in the eastern Lyon area, in the heart of the Mi-Plaine industrial zone. The box focuses on health, balance and physical and mental well-being through a complete and functional CrossFit practice. Training takes place exclusively in coached group classes, with supervised and structured sessions that allow everyone to progress safely, regardless of age or fitness level. Programming, organized over the sports season from September to June, develops strength, endurance, mobility and coordination in a motivating environment. The community of practitioners comes together in a friendly yet demanding atmosphere, conducive to personal progress and mutual support.
