About

CrossFit MADEC Saint-Priest is a gym dedicated to functional training, set in a spacious area designed for dynamic and varied sessions. You will find workouts that combine functional movements, free-weight exercises and cardio drills to build strength, endurance and overall conditioning. The box belongs to the MADEC network with locations in Chaponnay and Bonnefamille, strengthening community spirit and close-coaching culture. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, with guided support for every profile, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Sessions in small groups encourage technical progress, safety and collective motivation in a setting where performance is built step by step. The goal is to turn challenges into lasting success by helping you train regularly and with enjoyment.
