CrossFit GONES — HYROX Gym in Saint Bonnet De Mure

CrossFit GONES is a CrossFit box located in Saint-Bonnet-de-Mure, east of Lyon, with health and sustainable progress at the heart of every session. Workouts last 60 minutes and combine strength work, conditioning and functional movements, with a coach present throughout to supervise the group. Sessions are offered in small groups and systematically adapted to each person's level and abilities, welcoming both beginners and experienced athletes. The focus is on movement quality, safety and teaching, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace.
