Gloves Valdebebas is a boutique training studio in Madrid that blends boxing, functional strength and mind–body work in a focused, small-group setting. Its signature Fitbox classes combine boxing-inspired movements with fitness training, while dedicated Cross and functional sessions develop strength, conditioning and athletic performance. The timetable also features Hybrid and Strength workouts, Iron Gloves, Pure Boxing, Circuit 45, core and mobility, plus yoga and Pilates for recovery and balance.
