By accessing and using the HyCoach website (hycoach.ai), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this site.

Description of Services

HyCoach provides information and support services for HYROX competition preparation, including:

• Information about HYROX races and events
• Calculation and planning tools
• Educational content about training
• A directory of partner gyms and coaches

User Account

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activities performed under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

Sign-in with Google (Google Sign-In)

HyCoach offers sign-in with your Google account ("Google Sign-In"). By using this option, you agree that:

• The information transmitted by Google (email, last name, first name, profile picture, unique Google identifier) is used to create or retrieve your HyCoach account and to allow you to claim your HYROX athlete profile. The detailed terms for collection, use, and retention of this data are described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are the legitimate owner of the Google account used to authenticate, and you are responsible for its security. Any action performed on HyCoach via a session authenticated by Google is deemed to have been performed by you.
• HyCoach is not affiliated with Google LLC. Revoking access from your Google account settings may prevent future sign-in to HyCoach; in that case, you may contact us to recover or delete your HyCoach account.
• If your Google account is deleted or deactivated, your HyCoach account may become inaccessible if Google Sign-In is your only authentication method. It is your responsibility, where applicable, to associate another sign-in method (Strava, Instagram) before deletion.

Usage Rules

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the site
• Disrupt the operation of the site or its servers
• Collect information about other users
• Reproduce or redistribute content without permission

Modifications to Terms

HyCoach reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the site. Your continued use of the site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
