Toul is connected to the French road network by the A31 motorway, which links the town with Nancy and routes towards Luxembourg and the Mediterranean. The N4 provides a road connection towards Paris and Strasbourg. Toul railway station, on Avenue Victor Hugo, provides regional train services, including connections with Nancy and other towns on the main line. Nancy is the nearest major rail hub and provides high-speed services towards Paris and other cities. The nearest commercial airports are Metz–Nancy–Lorraine Airport and Luxembourg Airport, with road connections continuing to Toul. Local movement within Toul includes walking, cycling and town bus services. The historic centre has public parking areas near the old town and central facilities, while the venue is reached from the town’s principal roads.
